During Summer 1996 Wounded Knee recorded their first CD with all the tracks from "Ghost Dance " demotape completely remastered and reviewed with the addiction of some new parts, plus the new song "Cry of loneliness".

Wounded Knee support the American Indian Movement headed by Leonard Peltier to whom,they dedicated both the demo and the CD.Furthermore,Wounded Knee based all the artwork and lyrics on the American Indian theme.
